GGC obtained all the approvals from Snowy Valley Council, building certifications, fire engineering and subcontractor supervision and management.
GGC also performed the concrete construction works including the underpinning of footings to the existing buildings, inground services installation, transformer yard construction, acoustic cladding (roof and Wall), MCC and control room construction, Saw sharpening and fabrication workshop and mechanical grouting.
Commissioning is currently underway with the first Cant (a log that has been through the first breakdown saw) expected to be put through the saw on the 5th of March.
