Resolution

Renderoc G is a geopolymer repair mortar and lining system with high chemical and acid resistance for use in highly corrosive environments. Typical Application: The repair and relining of potable water structures. Advantages: Excellent long term chemical resistance, Early return to service for assets & Pre-bagged to overcome site-batched variations.

Delivery

After approved isolation of water way, surfaces were adequately cleaned, and any dust, unsound material, paint, grease, corrosion products or algae removed and surface prepared to via waterblast of scabbling.

Renderoc G repair mortar was applied via wet spray, then finished with float to restore original surface geometry and surface finish to provide the most sympathetic heritage repair possible.

High Praise

The project utilized the approved Parchem product (FOSROC RENDEROC G) to complete the works. Detailed planning enabled accurate procurement of materials, minimising waste accumulation. After successful remediation, the waterway was able to be reopened achieving program requirements.
